At the time of booking, the client must provide the name and exact location of their accommodation. ⏰ Pick-up time may vary depending on hotel location and tour schedule. It is pre-confirmed with each customer. We recommend being prepared 10 minutes before the indicated time and staying tuned to the phone/WhatsApp. Transportation can be shared with other tour participants. For accommodation outside our usual pick-up area, we can indicate a nearby meeting point. At the end of the activity, the transport will take you back to the same pick-up point or to the point previously agreed.
